Winchester model 1903 “Automatic” in .22 Auto with a ten round butt tube magazine and a 20″ barrel made in 1905. This semi-automatic rifle is in very good overall condition and is a “take-down rifle”. This means with the removal of a screw, the rifle breaks down and is able to be carried in a field bag. The butt-plate and magazine tube are in very good condition with scuffs, dings and light scratches. The hardwood stock is in very good condition with a few scuffs and scratches no cracks. The wood fore grip is in good condition and has a small crack on the right side and two small cracks on the left. The receiver and trigger are in very good condition with scuffs, scratches and metal oxidation throughout. The push button safety is in excellent functioning condition. The barrel and sights are in very good condition with a nice patina no damage. The rifled bore has a very light grain to it. Crisp trigger pull and tight action. This rifle is C&R eligible.
