Mossberg model 44 bolt action rifle chambered in .22 LR. This rifle marked US Property on the barrel and receiver was made specifically for WW2 military training purposes with production from 1943 to 1946. This features a 26″ heavy target barrel with hooded front sight, metal butt plate and full length hardwood stock. This comes with a vintage Straight Shooter leather sling. Ships to FFL only.
Condition: The metal finish and stock rate excellent overall. Rear sight and magazine are missing. Bore is excellent.
