Description Swedish Mauser Model 1899 in 6.5×55 mm with a five round internal magazine capacity with a 29″ barrel. Made in Germany and imported by C.A.I. out of Vermont. Metal butt plate. Smooth wood stock and front forend. Inlayed brass sighting measure. Blued guard, smooth trigger, receiver and barrel. Unfinished bolt. Under barrel cleaning rod. Rear bolt safety switch. Left side of receiver located bolt release. Rear adjustable and front fixed blade sight. Metal loops for mounting a shoulder sling. All visible serial numbers matching. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.
Condition: Very good/Excellent with light scuffs, scratches and touches of metal oxidation. The wood has been refinished at some point. Clean rifled bore.
