This is a NFA controlled item and buyer is required to complete NFA transfer forms in order to take possession of gun. This is an original (Not a clone) Smith & Wesson M76 machine gun. In 1966 it was originally designed for Navy Seals during the Vietnam war. Reliable, rugged, select fire gun that filled an urgent need during the war. Wire folding stock affixed to a welded tube construction open bolt action. Has Safe-Semi-Full fire controls however this example is currently set up for full auto only and Includes the original sear for select fire. Also included is (5) 36rd magazines. Condition: Excellent Plus. Parkerized finish is 96+% with only high edge wear and scuffs. Grip has a few deep scratches in it but excellent otherwise. Bore is excellent with good rifling.
