This example dating to 1940 features a 24″ barrel with ramped and dovetailed front blade and added Lyman rear peep, blued finish, scrolled engraved receiver, case colored lever, rotary internal magazine with brass round counter, diamond checkered Schnabel forearm and diamond checkered butt stock with serrated steel butt plate. Condition: Very Good with bluing loss at the muzzle and more extensively on the receiver. The lever still shows good case coloring. The stock buckhorn sight is missing. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and the action is tight and functions as expected.
