Mosin Nagant Sako in 7.62x54R with a five round internal magazine and a 27″ barrel made in 1942. This rifle has Finnish Army proofs. The hardwood stock is in fair condition with a small crack where the receiver meets the wood and a diagonal heel spice with a small crack by the shoulder strap loop. This stock is a two piece spliced at the fore end. The fore end wood is in very good condition with light handling wear no cracks. The metal butt-plate is in fair condition with scratches dings and a touch of oxidation throughout. The bolt and receiver are in very good condition with touches of metal oxidation and light finish wear. The rear adjustable sight is in excellent functioning condition with no damage. The magazine box and trigger are in good condition with light all-over finish wear and touches of metal pitting smooth to touch. The barrel bands are in very good condition with no oxidation and light field wear. The cleaning rod is stuck in the rifle but otherwise in very good condition. The muzzle and front blade sight are in good condition with a medium amount of finish wear and light scratches. The rifled bore has a light grain to it otherwise strong rifling. Tight bolt action smooth trigger pull.
