Mosin Nagant M91 Sestroryetsk Imperial in 7.62×54 with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 31″ barrel made in 1916. This bolt action rifle is in very good overall condition. The butt-plate is in fair condition with heavy wear, scuffs and scratches with a touch of metal oxidation. The hardwood stock is in good condition with heavy field wear, scratches, chips no cracks. The wood fore end is in good condition, with a small crack on the muzzle end where the wood meet the first barrel band and a few small chips. The barrel band are held in place by small screws and pins. The magazine box and trigger are in very good condition with light wear and scuffs, still a lot of finish left. The bolt and receiver are in very good condition with very light metal oxidation where the receiver meets the wood, otherwise lots of factory finish left. The rear adjustable sight is in very good functioning condition with no damage or heavy wear. The eye loops for mounting a shoulder strap are in fair condition and have oxidation on them, does not effect function. The rifled barrel has a light grain to it. The cleaning rod is not with this rifle anymore. The front blade sight and muzzle are in very good condition with light all over wear, scratches and finish scuffs. The bolt action is tight and the trigger pull is smooth.
