Description Mauser Model 1938 in 6.5x55mm with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 23.5″ barrel. Made in Germany and imported by C.A.I. Metal butt plate. Smooth wood stock and front forend. Blued guard, smooth trigger, receiver and barrel. Rear left side of bolt checkered safety switch. Under barrel fixed bayonet attachment and cleaning rod. Metal loops for mounting a shoulder sling. Rear right side of butt stock located sight adjustment charts. Comes with a period correct bayonet and scabbard. All matching serial numbers on visible parts except the bayonet. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.
Condition: Good/Very good with scuffs, scratches, metal oxidation and heel damage. Clean rifled bore.
