Ithaca Gun Company Erma werke/West Germany Model 72 Saddlegun in .22 long rifle with a fifteen shot internal capacity and a 18″ barrel. This lever action rifle was made in West Germany and is in very good condition. The butt plate is in very good condition with sharp clean checkering and no cracks or chips. The solid wood stock is in good overall condition with finish wear to the top and light scuffs and handling wear throughout. The receiver is in good condition with light spots of finish wear on the edges and a few scuffs and scratches. The rear adjustable sight is missing the riser, the front hooded blade sight is in very good condition. The barrel is in good condition with touches of metal oxidation and a few light scratches thru the finish. The magazine tube is in very good condition with a couple small scratches to the finish. The serrated trigger and lever are in excellent condition. The hardwood fore-end grip is in good condition with a small hairline crack in the front of the connection ring (right side) and light handling wear all-over.
