Unique and possibly one of a kind Remington Rolling Block Target Pistol in .22 rimfire. Completely custom made with Blued and Engraved Receiver, blued and engraved quarter octagon 11″ barrel, unfinished engraved trigger guard, and signed A. L. Lowe. No model markings or serial number. Likely built as a custom post-production model 1901. Fitted in a hand-made velvet lined case marked “One in a Million” A.L. Lowe was a designer and inventor for Remington working in the first half of the 20th Century and is credited with work on the Model 37, 1400 and running the Custom Shop in Ilion NY. Condition: The gun shows some minor muzzle wear, and very light contact marks to frame and grips. overall would rate 96% or better with a bright clean bore, and excellent function.
