Description Colt Limited Edition Derringer Book Set, both chambered in .22 short with single shot capacity and 2.5″ barrels. Sequential pair of Derringers with serial numbers 5214N and 5215N. Both pistols feature a nickel finished barrel, frame, single action trigger, and hammer. Smooth white polymer grip plates. Fixed iron sights with rear notch and fixed low profile front blade. The sides of the barrels are marked “22 CAL.SHORT COLT’S P.F.A. MFG. CO. INC. HTFD.,CT.,U.S.A.”. Comes in its factory Colt book case, the front is marked “A LIMITED EDITON BY COLT” and the spine is marked “COLT DERRINGERS” “LIMITED EDITION” “1836-1960”. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very good with scratches and wear from normal handling/operation. The nickel finish could use a polish with some tarnish on the finish, mostly on the side that was facing up in the case. Some small specks of metal oxidation. Some scratches and wear on the grips.
