Japanese manufactured Browning A5 12 gauge autoloading shotgun. This has a 30″ barrel with removable choke (M) and is chambered for 3″ magnum shells. The barrel is vent ribbed with a single front bead. This has a beautiful high-gloss hardwood and finely checkered stock. The LOP is 14-1/4″, drop at the comb is 1-1/2″ and drop at the heel is 2-1/4″ The date code is “PP” dating this example to 1988. The bluing on the barrel and receiver of this example is excellent with no distractions apparent. The bore is bright and shiny. The action is crisp and functions as expected. The stock is in very nice condition with just a couple of minor handling marks. The checkering is sharp and gold trigger excellent indicating little if any use.
