This Beretta Silver Pigeon II was part of a special order of inventory for Joel Etchen, a well known Beretta dealer in Pennsylvania. An excellent 2 barrel set of small gauge 28 and .410. Both barrel sets are vent rib 30″ long, made of Excelsior steel and feature a white bead front sight and silver bead rear sight. Comes with numerous chokes for each barrel set. Shared fore end. Well done deep relief engraving of pheasants and woodcock on either side. Tight scroll all around a matte silver body. Selective ejectors. Non auto safety and single selective trigger. Slender pistol grip stock made of nicely figured striated dark walnut wood. A unique original piece that will impress many. Includes original leather / canvas case, 5 Beretta chokes for each gauge, 6 Briley chokes and tools. Must Ship to FFL
Condition: Excellent. Hardly a scratch on it. Bluing is near perfect. Wood has only faint storage impressions at toe. Bores are excellent. Only concern is the ejectors on the .410 fail to eject… appears to simply need an adjustment of some sorts.
