Remington model 700 bolt action rifle chambered in .22-250. This is stamped “ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A.” on the barrel. The barrel code looks to be a “U” and we believe it to be possible 1971 but it could be later. The barrel and receiver are a matted blue with the trigger guard and floor plate being slightly glossier. The barrel is tapped for iron sights. This is outfitted with a high gloss and checkered hardwood Monte Carlo stock with ebony on the forend. This comes with a jeweled bolt and is is topped off with a Leupold Vari-X III 3.5 x 10 scope and detachable mount. Overall this used rifle is in excellent condition. The metal surfaces show no distractions. The stock does have a one minor handling mark on the left side above the trigger guard. The bore is shiny with sharp rifling. The optics are clear.
