Unbranded .45 caliber smooth bore single shot black powder musket with a 27 1/2″ barrel. The brass butt plate is in good condition with moderate handling wear and a touch of metal oxidation. The wood stock with brass door for loading supplies (Empty) is in very good condition with light all-over scuffs, scratches and dings, no cracks. The double set trigger and brass guard are in very good condition with light touches of metal oxidation. The case colored hammer and receiver plate are in fair condition with metal oxidation throughout. The octagon barrel is in very good condition with light scratches and metal oxidation. The smooth bore is very clean. The barrel easily comes off of the wood stock, the rifle is missing the small metal tab that holds the barrel down to the wood. The plunge rod is holding the gun together. Adjustable rear sight and front fixed blade in excellent functioning condition. This is a Black Powder Muzzle Loader, NO FFL REQUIRED.
