Description Rare Pre War J. P. Sauer top break single shot rifle chambered in .22 Hornet. This lightly engraved rifle features a 22″ barrel , smooth hardwood stocks, steel butt plate and set trigger. This is topped with a Weaver J$ scope with Post reticle. Ships to FFL/C&R Only. Condition: Very Good as Refinished. The rifle has been completely re-blued and the stocks sanded and refinished. The trigger guard is broken in two places with an older repair just forward of the trigger. The second break is between the rear trigger and tang screw. The piece is held by friction.
