Description World War Two Smith-Corona 03-A3 chambered in .30-06 Springfield with a five round internal magazine and a 24″ SC barrel. The receiver is dated to 1943 with serial number 3618423. Parkerized barrel and barrel bands with bayonet lug. Parkerized receiver, floor plate, trigger, and trigger guard. Blued bolt with flag style safety. Magazine cutoff/bolt removal lever. Adjustable rear sight and fixed front blade. Smooth wood top forend and pistol grip stock with trap door butt plate. Front and rear sling swivels. The stock is non matching marked with 6966. The bottom of the grip is marked “L” and the forend “G”. The date and flaming bomb proof on the barrel is obscured. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very good with scratches, sharp edge wear, and normal wear from handling and operation. Some finish patina/discoloration from age and storage. Some spots of metal oxidation and finish loss. Scratches and dings in the wood. Bright and clean bore with strong rifling.
