Description World War Two Steyr BNZ 41 chambered in 7.92x57mm Mauser (8mm Mauser) with a five round internal magazine and a 24″ barrel. Front cleaning rod and bayonet lug. Blued barrel, receiver, bolt, magazine, and trigger. Turn down bolt handle and flag safety. Adjustable rear tangent sight and fixed front blade. Smooth wood forend and pistol grip mid war stock with take down lug and cupped butt plate. Matching barrel and receiver. Mismatched parts. The right side of the receiver ring is marked with four WaA323 Waffenamt. The right side of the barrel is marked “52 40S”, and with Wa77 Waffenamt. The top of the receiver ring is marked “bnz. 41”. The left side of the barrel and receiver is marked with Third Reich Eagles. Eagle over 77 on, under, and on the side of the rear sight/base. Eagle over 77 on the rear of the bolt and take down. Eagle over 77 proof on the magazine floor plate. WaA497 on the butt plate. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good with scratches, scuffs, metal dings, sharp edge wear, and general handling wear. Spots of finish thinning, patina, and metal oxidation. The markings have been filled in with white. Scratches, scuffs, and dings on the wood. Bright bore with some spots/frosting of metal oxidation. Strong visible rifling.
