Description WWI Colt PTFA Model of 1911 US Army semi auto pistol chambered in .45 caliber with one seven round removable magazine and a 5″ barrel. Manufactured in 1917 this features a “HS” & “P” marked barrel, fixed front blade, flat top notched rear sight, two-line and two block address with patent marking on the left side of the slide separated by Rampant Colt logo, “UNITED STATES PROPERTY” marking on left side of frame, faint circled “GHS” inspection mark on left side of frame rear of trigger, long and smooth solid trigger, checkered hammer, safety, and magazine catch, serrated slide catch, double diamond checkered grips, short grip safety, and smooth, flat mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Included is one “C-L” marked magazine. Ships to FFL/C&R only. Condition: Overall Very Good as refinished with a few small and scattered nicks and dings from handling some thinning on the high spots.
