Description Pre 1964 Winchester 70 Super Grade chambered in .30-06 Springfield with an internal magazine and a 24″ barrel. Floorplate marked “Super Grade”. Serial number 45071 dated to 1942. Blued finish and checkered wood Monte Carlo stock with checkered metal butt plate. Rear adjustable peep sight and front hooded blade. The receiver is drilled and tapped. Front and rear sling mounts. Must ship to FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very good with light marks and handling wear on the finish. Some metal oxidation on the bolt, rear sight, and around the muzzle. Some scratches and dings in the wood stock. The original checkering is still sharp. The bore has rust but still shows visible strong rifling.
