Description Finnish VKT ( Valtion Kivaaritehdas ) -State Metalworks M39 Mosin Nagant chambered in 7.62x54mmR with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 27″ barrel. Manufactured in 1942 and imported by Century Arms, C.A.I, marked on the front side of the barrel. Blued butt plate. Blued trigger guard, hexagon receiver and barrel. Steel trigger and bolt with rear twist safety. Smooth wood stock with square finger spliced front forend. Rear flip up adjustable leaf and drift adjustable protected front blade sight. Mounted with a canvas shoulder sling. Under barrel removable cleaning rod and fixed bayonet lug. Top of receiver is mounted with a Bushnell scope with clear glass and a duplex reticle. The top of the barrel shank is stamped with [SA] property stamp, VKT, D, 1942. The receiver is marked with Imperial Eagle proof. This rifle has non matching bolt to receiver. Custom made turned down bolt. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder. Condition: Good with light scratches, finish wear, wood dings and handling wear. Clean rifled bore.
