Classic Vincenzo Bernardelli build incorporating a sidelock barrel action and a side lock frame, manufactured in 1977. 100% coverage of leafy scroll with leaping deer / dogs on underside. Coin silver body with blued accents. 26″ solid ribbed barrels choked IM and cylinder (perfect for small upland bird), front silver bead sight. Silky, gloss blue finish on barrels. Splinter forend with button tip release. Double trigger. Selective ejectors. Auto safety. Scant 6lb unloaded weight. Straight English stock of fancy walnut. Original resin butt plate. Hand checkered diamond pattern. Engine turned mating surfaces (water table and barrel flats). Must ship to FFL.
Condition: Excellent. Bluing and coin silver near perfect with some trace wear on contact areas (under forend, high edges), barrel has pleasantly plummed in color. Wood is free of any major defect however wood finish is dull near butt and flaked on plate. Barrel break is stiff, could use a cleaning. Ejectors are strong and in time.
