Description Uberti 1860 Henry Quanah Parker Red River War Tribute rifle chambered in .44-40 Winchester with a thirteen round tubular magazine and a 24.5″ barrel. Manufactured in Italy by Uberti and imported by Taylors, marked on the barrel. Number 240 of 300 which is marked on the tang. Blued barrel, magazine tube, bolt, and trigger. 24-Karat gold finished engraved receiver, hammer, lever, and butt plate. Adjustable rear ladder sight and fixed front blade. The receiver is engraved with nickel inlay, the right side of the receiver shows The Battle of Adobe Walls scenes and image of Quanah Parker and Star House. The left side of the frame is marked with Quanah Parker Red River War Tribute with hunting scene, map of the war, and images of Quanah Parker, Col Mackenzie, and Billy Dixon. Straight wood stock. Must ship to a FFL holder. Condition: Good with some light scratches, scuffs, and general handling wear. Spots and speckling of metal oxidation throughout. Heavy splotches of rust on the barrel mainly towards the muzzle on all sides. Some light tarnish/patina on the gold parts. Light scratches and wear on the wood.
