U.S. Springfield model 1884 Trapdoor with a single shot capacity in 45-70 with a 32″ barrel. Metal butt plate with moderate wear and metal oxidation. Wood stock has, scratches, dings and a small chip where the receiver plate meets the wood on the right side. Serrated trigger and guard with loop for mounting a shoulder strap have moderate wear and touches of metal oxidation. Receiver has finish loss, metal oxidation and light scratches throughout. Barrel and push rod have metal oxidation, scratches and finish loss. Adjustable rear sight and front fixed blade with metal oxidation. Light grain to the rifled bore.
