Description Russian Tula Arsenal Model 1891/30 Molot KO-91/30 chambered in 7.62x54mmR with a five round capacity and a 28 3/4″ barrel. Manufactured in 1935 and Import marked on the left side of receiver, PW ARMS REDMOND WA. Blued barrel, cleaning rod, bands, hexagonal receiver, magazine, and trigger. Unfinished bolt with twist knob bolt handle. Adjustable rear leaf sight and adjustable front post. Smooth wood forend and straight stock with blued metal butt plate. Front and rear pressed metal sling slots. Tula stamp and 1925 date is marked on the top of the barrel shank. This is a MOLOT Factory refurb that was rendered a civilian hunting rifle from a military rifle by Russia and the rear safety groove on the receiver is marked “KO-91/30 MADE IN RUSSIA 7,62X54R NB rNC 12”. Serial number matching shank, bolt, butt plate, and forced matched magazine. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: FAIR/GOOD, the metal has some scratches, scuffs, and finish wear. Some spots of metal oxidation and patina. The lettering has been colored in white with excess substance on the receiver and barrel. Scratches, scuffs, and dings in the wood. The wood appears to have been sanded and refinished at some point. The bore has strong rifling but a decent amount of rust in the grooves.
