Blued barrel with 24-karat gold etchings and blued single action trigger. The barrel is etched “TEXAS RANGER HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM” on both sides, as well as a Sam Colt and Major Ben McCulloch Image/signature. Case colored ram rod, frame, hammer, and front sight blade. Silver plated brass engraved cylinder, trigger guard, and back strap. The cylinder shows a battle scene. The backstrap is engraved with “Presented by Sam. Colt to Maj. Ben McCulloch, Jan. 1 1848”. Smooth wood grips with left side sterling medallion that reads the Texas Ranger motto “Free as the breeze Swift as a Mustang Touch as a cactus”. Comes in its wood Texas Ranger case with key, brass powder flask, brass/case colored bullet mold, and case colored nipple wrench. Black powder, ships directly to MOST buyers home. Condition: Very Good, appears to have never been fired. Very light handling and storage wear. The silver plating has some light tarnish on it. Bright and clean bore with strong rifling.
