Polymer frame with textured front strap, backstrap, and trigger guard. The right side of the frame above the grip is marked “Joseph Marconi June 1994”. Serrated push button magazine release and slide stop. Polymer trigger with trigger safety. Steel serrated slide with fixed three white dot iron sights. Comes in its factory blue S&W box with matching serial number, owners manual, and two magazines. Must ship to FFL holder. Check local laws regarding “High Capacity” magazines BEFORE bidding. Wildey worked in the firearms business since the 1950’s as a gunsmith, Ed Argamonte’s, as a Salesman for Winchester, Stoeger, J.J. Tobler and Forenade Fabrikverken. Eventually setting out on his own to design and create the Wildey Survivor. The Survivor was most famously featured in the classic 1985 Movie Death Wish 3 with Charles Bronson. This lot Includes a letter of authenticity signed by the fiduciary of Moore’s estate and Connecticut Firearms Auction. Joe Marconi was the founder of Endicott Machine and Tool, where many Ruger magazines and the Wildey Survivor Magazines were designed and produced.
