Smith & Wesson model K38 double action revolver in 38 Special with a six round capacity and a 6″ barrel. Checkered wood grip plates. Blued frame with serrated backstrap, cylinder and barrel. Case colored checkered hammer and serrated trigger. Rear adjustable and front fixed blade sight. Left side of frame checkered cylinder release. Marked on the inside of cylinder gate “57277” on the inside of frame where the cylinder is “S 57277 S” on the cylinder face rear “K 221822” on the underside of the barrel “K221822” right underside of grip plate “221822” right underside of grip on the frame “0 I 1” on the left side of frame under the grip plate “S 256”. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.
Condition: Good/Very good with scuffs and scratches throughout. Small chip on the lower left grip plate. Spots of metal oxidation on the frame. Very clean rifled bore.
