Description Steyr Model 1912 in 9x23mm Steyr with a eight round internal clip fed magazine capacity and a 5″ barrel. Made in Austria in 1914. Import marked on the rear of slide: VEGA SAC CA. This pistol was a Contract Pistol that has been refinished and scrubbed of the insignia on the left side of slide. Checkered wood grip plates. Blued steel frame, solid trigger and serrated slide. Bottom of grip located lanyard loop. Left rear of frame serrated manual thumb safety and slide release. Single action trigger and serrated hammer. The left side of the slide is marked “STEYR1914”. “K” stamp on most metal parts. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Poor as refinished with light scratches and spots of pitting. The action is sticky and hard to pull back slide. The rifled bore has rust and pitting. SOLD AS-IS.
