Savage model 1899 in .250-3000 Savage with a six round internal rotary magazine capacity and a 22″ high pressure steel barrel. This rifle is a “Take-Down” model with the sliding of a button on the foregrip the rifle breaks down for easy transport. Serrated metal butt plate. Solid wood butt stock and front foregrip. Blued receiver, lever and barrel. Rear adjustable peep hole sight and front fixed brass blade. The mid barrel sight has been removed and a rear peep hole sight has been added. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.
Condition: Good with scuffs, scratches, dings and small wood chips on the foregrip. The lever has old dried oil on it. The rifled bore has a light grain to it.
