Description Sako SKY Finnish Civil Guard M28/30 Mosin Nagant chambered in 7.62x54r with a five round integral magazine and a 27″ magazine. Manufactured in 1939 and imported by Century Arms C.A.I., marked on the barrel. Blued barrel, bayonet lug, cleaning rod, barrel bands, hexagon receiver, and magazine. Unfinished trigger and bolt with twist knob bolt safety. Adjustable rear leaf sight and drift adjustable protected front blade. Smooth wood forend with finger splice and straight wood stock with metal butt plate. Front and rear sling mounts. Serial number matching barrel shank and bolt knob. The barrel shank is marked with Sako gear stamp, D SKY 60014 1939. The side of the shank is stamped with [SA] Finnish property stamp and with high pressure proof. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good with scratches, scuffs, and general handling wear. Some spots/speckling of metal oxidation and finish patina, mostly on the bolt and butt plate. Scratches, scuffs, dings, and wood repairs/fills on the stock. Some thin cracks on the left side of the stock above the magazine well.
