Enfield P1853 manufactured by Barnett of London 2 band musket converted with a Roberts Conversion marked “Roberts Pat June 11, 1867” presumably chambered in the common .58 Roberts. No arsenal marks leaves us suspecting this was a commercial model circa 1860 to 1870s
Fair Antique condition, Function is very good to excellent. barrel has full patina. Lock, Roberts Conversion piece, and hammer are silvered with spotty patina. Wood is solid except where the Roberts device was installed, some stress cracks formed however the stock as a whole is intact. No major repairs, everything looks original and together.
*Antique, No FFL needed
