The FB Vis was a well engineered pistol based on the John Browning designs . Most collectors would say it is a cross between the Browning Hi Power and the 1911 chambered in the popular 9mm para. Production of these started in 1935 and in 1939 the Germans conquered Poland and continued the production of the FB Vis now known as the Radom P35. This model is commonly known as the type 2 for having all three control levers (Decocker, Slide release, and take down). Additionally, this model is nicely marked with German Waffenamt marks in numerous locations. The grips are a rare addition of trench art. Crafted from the windshield of a vehicle or airplane, they were heated and shaped into a crude shape. The soldier then forced a French coin dated 1939 into the grips.

Battle worn but in excellent shape given the circumstances. Mechanically excellent. Only missing one grip screw. Trigger, action, and slide are finely crafted with smooth movement, common with the earlier Radoms. Original magazine included. Bluing is better than 70%. No rust, some old pitting marks on slide. Bore is shiny and rifling sharp.
