Stunning restoration of a Parker GH with Ejectors. Originally mfg in 1926/1927 with a recent FULL restoration. Straight English stock and forend were clearly made from AAA exotic Walnut exhibiting world class grain and figure finished in a Matte sheen. Case color is near perfect match to the original with strong hues but muted tone. Internally the bores measure .625/.627 with a barrel wall thickness of .033… showing that this shotgun was not fired much.Single brass bead sight on the low rib. Appropriately marked “PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. SPECIAL STEEL”, Standard G grade engraving on the receiver with flourishes of scroll and game bird scenes. With double triggers and automatic tang safety. Hard rubber Parker Brothers grip cap, blank initial shield, and checkered Parker Brothers hard rubber dog’s head buttplate. Condition: 98% all around freshly restored by a true professional. A touch of wear on the left muzzle otherwise it is hard to find a blem.
