Description Finnish Capture New England Westinghouse M91 Mosin Nagant chambered in 7.62x54r with a five round internal magazine and a 31.5″ barrel with front cleaning rod. Manufactured in 1915 and imported by Century Arms C.A.I., marked on the bottom of the barrel. Patinated blued barrel, hexagonal receiver, magazine, and trigger. Unfinished bolt with twist knob bolt safety. Adjustable rear ladder sight and fixed front blade. Smooth wood forend with finger splice and straight stock with metal butt plate. Originally manufactured in Massachusetts by New England Westinghouse for Russia during World War 1 and at some point captured by Finland, with multiple [SA] property stamps on the barrel shank. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Overall good with most of the finish being patinated with spots of metal oxidation. Varying scratches, scuffs, and dings on the wood. Some wood fills and repairs. Large gouge on the bottom handguard. The bore is mostly clean with some spots and speckling of metal oxidation, still show strong visible rifling.
