Description This lot is for two C&R legible rifles chambered in .22 short, long, and long rifle. The first is a Marlin model 38 pump action with a varied capacity tube magazine and a 24″ barrel. Patinated blued finish with a ribbed wood forend and smooth wood stock. Adjustable rear buckhorn sight and fixed front blade. Tang mounted safety. The second rifle is a Sears Roebuck model 3T semi auto with a varied capacity tube magazine and a 20″ barrel. Blued and black finish with a smooth wood forend and stock. Fixed iron sights. Cross bolt safety. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Fair/Good, The marlin has heavy finish patina with varying spots of metal oxidation and finish loss. General wear from handling and operation. Scratches, scuffs, and dings in the wood. The forend has a deep scratch/thin crack on the left side that has been glued.
