Marlin lever action model 336 S.C. made in 1950 with a 20″ barrel and 6+1 capacity in .35 Remington. The Marlin 336 short carbine was first chambered in the .35 Remington in 1950. This rifle is the first edition of that caliber. Made with a walnut stock and foregrip. The receiver is blued from the factory. The rifle is in good condition with some field wear on the receiver and a repaired crack in the pistol grip of the stock. Handling oxidation on the lever. Small surface scratches on the wood stock.
