Marlin model 39-A in .22 short (20rd), long (16rd), long rifle (15rd) with a 24″ barrel. Plastic butt plate, light wear, metal oxidation on the screws. Wood butt stock , finish wear, scuffs and scratches throughout, missing the eye screws for mounting a shoulder strap. Receiver with right side “Takedown” screw, a few small scratches, scuffs otherwise very clean. With the removal of the “Takedown” screw this rifle breaks down for easy transport. Lever and trigger, touches of metal oxidation and finish wear. Mounted with a “Redfield” adjustable peep-hole sight in excellent functioning condition. Hammer and backstrap, touches of metal oxidation. Front foregrip, finish wear, scratches and a larger ding on the front left side. Barrel and magazine tube, touches of metal oxidation, and light scratches. The barrel has been tapped on the left back side with four small screws to hold a scope, these are not through to the chamber. Rear sight has been removed, front brass bead is in very good clean condition. Very clean rifled bore and smooth lever action. This lever action rifle must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.
