Description Marlin 39-A chambered in .22 short, long, and long rifle with a varied capacity tube magazine and a 24″ barrel. Manufactured in 1946 with serial number C7787. Blued barrel, magazine tube, receiver, hammer, lever, and trigger. Adjustable rear semi-buckhorn sight and hooded front blade. Smooth wood forend and pistol grip stock. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Fair with scratches, sharp edge wear, and cosmetic handling wear. Spots and speckling of metal oxidation. Spots of finish patina and thinning. Scratches and scuffs on the wood. The wood has been refinished/replaced with the forend and stock having different finishes. The bore is bright and clean with strong rifling but does show a Bulge towards the front of the bore. The bulge is not enough to be felt on the outside of the barrel but there is a visible dark ring in the bore. SOLD AS-IS.
