Description Marlin 1893 chambered in .32-40 Winchester with a tubular magazine and a 26″ barrel. Patinated blued barrel, magazine tube, receiver, loading gate, hammer, lever, and trigger. Smooth wood forend and straight grip stock with recent metal butt plate. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Poor with heavy patina and metal oxidation throughout. The wood has been sanded and refinished. Scratches, dings, and edge wear on the wood. The front and rear sight are missing. The two small tang screws are missing. The trigger appears to be dead and does not function, the hammer is loose and can be cock back with little tension and does not drop with the press of the trigger. Dark bore with spots of frosting and metal oxidation in the bore. Strong visible rifling.
