Description John Wayne Commemorative Holster and Belt Set Issued by the Frontier Museum Historical Center, made by Bianchi Gunleather and endorsed by Wayne Enterprises. This set was given to Gary W. French who was Colt Firearms President from 1981 to 1989. The set has a special serial number sequence and is made up of letters of Gary’s initials: GWFPE. They only made and serialized 3,000 of these sets in 1981 in the regular serial sequence. The set is for a 36″ waist. Both belts have a brass tacked plate with matching serial numbers. Includes a belt, holster and gun/ammo belt. Comes in its factory box with matching serial number, registration card, postal tag to Gary French Colt Firearms and seal from the Frontier Museum.
