Description JM Stamped Marlin 336 chambered in .30-30 Winchester with a six-round tube magazine and a 20″ barrel. Manufactured in 1972 with serial number 72054860. Blued barrel, magazine tube, barrel bands, receiver, loading gate, lever, and hammer. Gold plated trigger. The receiver is drilled and tapped and mounted with a Bushnell 3-9 scope with clear and intact glass. Smooth wood forend and pistol grip stock with checkered Marlin butt plate. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good, the lever/action functions but is very stiff and difficult to work, needs gunsmith attention. Cosmetically this rifle is Good/Very good showing general scratches and scuffs from handling and operation. Varying spots and speckling of metal oxidation. Bright and clean rifled bore.
