( Mei marked tang ) Japanese characters for the maker on the tang of the blade (Nakago) and with written characters in red enamel-see photos. Two hole tang for Mekugi. Features a shark/Ray skin covered cloth laced handle (Tsuka) with ornament (Menuki) on each side. Brass pommel cap (Kashira) with lanyard hole, blackened hand guard (Tsuba) and alloy spacers (Seppa). Includes brown lacquered scabbard (Saya) with hanger loop and scabbard end cap (Kojiri). No FFL required and ships to buyers home. Condition: Good with light scratches, finish wear/loss, blade dings, replaced pegs/Mekugi one being a modified screw and extra darker paint on the scabbard.
