Description Finnish Captured Izhevsk manufactured Mosin Nagant M91/30 configured into a sniper and chambered in 7.62x54r with five round internal magazine and a 29″ barrel. Manufactured in 1937 in Russia by Izhevsk and imported by C.A.I., marked on the barrel. Blued barrel, cleaning rod, receiver, magazine, trigger, and butt plate. Unfinished made turn down bolt with bolt safety. Adjustable rear ladder sight and adjustable protected front sight post. The receiver is mounted with a reproduction PU scope and mount. Smooth wood top forend and straight stock with brass fittings. Front and rear sling slots with mounted fabric sling. Matching serial number 97881 on the barrel shank and receiver. Finnish [SA] property mark on the left side of the barrel shank. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good with scratches, sharp edge wear, and general handling wear. Spots of metal oxidation, finish loss, and finish patina. Scratches, scuffs, and dings on the wood. The bolt has visible contact marks from being made into a turndown bolt. The bore is bright and clean with strong rifling. The scopes glass is clear and intact, but the reticle is off to the left side.
