Description This lot is for two Mauser pattern rifles with 24″ barrels. First is a FN 24 chambered in 7mm Mauser with a five round capacity. Import marked on the barrel. Marked 1932 on the top of the receiver. Red star is marked on the right side of the stock. The second rifle is a Danzig Kar 98 in 8mm with a five round capacity. Manufactured in 1910. The right side of the stock is marked “EWE”. Both rifles have blued finished with wood stocks. Adjustable rear sights and fixed front blades. Front bayonet lugs. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Fair with both showing heavy finish patina and spots of metal oxidation. Scratches, scuffs, dings, and small cracks on the wood. The Danzig is missing its magazine spring and follower. Both bores are decently bright given their ages, but shows spots and frosting of metal oxidation. Both have strong visible rifling. SOLD AS-IS for parts and restoration.
