Description German DWM 1914 pattern Military Luger with one, non-matching tin magazine with wood base plate, and a 4″ barrel. Manufactured in 1917 (marked on top of the chamber) with serial number 2057c. Rust blued frame with stock lug, narrow trigger guard, and push button magazine release. Straw finished takedown lever, wide trigger, and serrated thumb safety marked “GESICHERT”. Matching checkered walnut grips. Rust blued barrel, chamber, and toggle with flat checkered toggle knobs. Front fixed “dorsal fin” blade and rear V notch iron sights. The toggle is marked with “DWM”. The barrel, breech block, and receiver are marked with the German military test fire proof marks. Acceptance mark is on the right side of the receiver. The bottom of the barrel is marked with the serial number and “8,82”. Appears to be matching aside from the magazine. Must ship to FFL holder. Condition: Good with general scratches, scuffs, and edge wear from handling and operation. Varying spots of metal oxidation on most metal parts. Finish wear on the contact points. Finish loss and patina mainly on the straw parts. The grips still have decent checkering considering the age with some worn spots and scratches/scuffs.
