Description DWM 1914 Military P08 Luger chambered in 9mm with two non-matching magazines, and a 4″ barrel. Manufactured in 1918 with serial number 4795. Rust blued frame with stock lug, narrow trigger guard, and push button magazine release. Straw finished takedown lever, wide trigger, extractor, and serrated thumb safety marked “GESICHERT”. Matching checkered walnut grips. Rust blued barrel, chamber, and toggle with flat checkered toggle knobs. Front fixed “dorsal fin” blade and rear V-notch iron sights. The top of the bore is marked with the manufacture date of 1918. The top of the toggle is marked “DWM”. The barrel, toggle, and receiver are marked with German military proof marks. DWM acceptance mark is on the right side of the receiver. The bottom of the barrel is marked with the serial number and “8,82”. All parts appear to be matching aside from the magazines. Comes with Leather holster with Luger takedown tool. The holster is stamped “bml/42”, “P08”, and Waffenamt “WaA23”. Must ship to FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very good with light wear from normal handling and operation. Some finish loss/patina on the straw parts. Some wear/finish loss near the muzzle and on some of the high edges. Varying small spots of metal oxidation. The grips have strong texturing considering the age with some imperfections and patina. The right grip plate has a few deeper scratches, and a small crack at the bottom right that does not appear to hurt the integrity of the grip. Clean rifled bore.
