Description DWM 1914 Military P08 Luger chambered in 9mm with two non-matching magazines with metal bottoms, and a 4″ barrel. Manufactured in 1918 with serial number 8049. Rust blued frame with stock lug, narrow trigger guard, and push button magazine release. Straw finished takedown lever, wide trigger, extractor, and serrated thumb safety marked “GESICHERT”. Non-matching checkered walnut grips with Waffenamt “135” on the inside. Rust blued barrel, chamber, and toggle with flat checkered toggle knobs. Front fixed “dorsal fin” blade and rear V-notch iron sights. The top of the bore is marked with the manufacture date of 1916. The top of the toggle is marked “DWM”. The barrel, toggle, and receiver are marked with German military proof marks. DWM acceptance mark is on the right side of the receiver. The bottom of the barrel is marked with the serial number and “d” “8,82”. All parts appear to be matching aside from the magazine and the grips. Come with a leather holster marked “0.REICHEL LENGEFELD” and stamped with a Waffenamt “WaA300” and “1989”. The holster also include a Luger takedown tool. Must ship to FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good with scratches and contact/chatter marks. Varying spots of finish loss/patina and high edge wear. Varying spots of metal oxidation on many of the metal parts. The grips have strong checkering considering the age with a few imperfections and patina. Metal oxidized/pitted bore with good visible rifling.
