Description Czech BRNO Mauser K98 chambered in 7.92x57mm (8mm Mauser) with a five round internal magazine and a 24″ barrel. Import marked on the barrel by SAMCO. Blued barrel, bayonet lug, stamped barrel bands, receiver, bolt, floor plate, trigger, and trigger guard. Adjustable rear leaf sight and fixed hooded front blade. Flag style bolt safety. Smooth wood top forend and straight stock with unfinished cupped butt plate. Front and rear sling mounted with leather sling. The barrel is stamped “LC” and with Czech proofs. The barrel shank has buffing marks from the original markings being deleted. The receiver is marked CESKOSLOVENSKA ZBROJOVKA AS BRNO. Serial number matching receiver and bolt. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very good with scratches, scuffs, sharp edge wear, and general wear from handling/operation. Spots of finish patina and metal oxidation.
