Description Belgian made custom Browning Hi Power chambered in 9mm with one, nine round custom hard chromed magazine, and 3 3/4″ barrel. Appears to be the work of pistol smith Austin Behlert, but appears to be unsigned. Originally manufactured in 1975 with serial number 75C29569. Custom work includes shortened frame, grips, slide, and barrel. Custom stippling on the front/backstraps and the front of the trigger guard. Also appears to have a wider trigger and hammer. Hard chrome finished metal frame with checkered wood grips with red painted insides. Single action trigger with exposed hammer. Frame mounted manual thumb safety. Hard chrome finished serrated slide with adjustable rear sight and fixed front blade. The serial number is likely restamped, as it is found on the bottom of the frame forward of the trigger guard. Rather than on the front strap which has been cut and stippled over. Must ship to a FFL holder. Condition: Very Good having had a lot of custom work done. Shows some scratches, contact marks, and general cosmetic handling wear on the finish. Some stains from oil and firing. Light wear on the internal/moving parts from operation and firing. There is some stuck adhesive on the bottom of the frame under the barrel. Light scratches and wear on the grips. Bright and clean bore with strong rifling. Barrel Length: 3 3/4″ Serial: 75C29569 Manufacturer: BROWNING Year: 1975 Caliber: 9x19mm Parabellum Model: Hi Power Book# 06179
